Industrial Scaffolding

Good access makes every other trade better. When your people can reach the work safely and without fighting their setup, jobs move faster, quality goes up, and nobody's taking risks they shouldn't be. We provide full-service industrial scaffolding — design, erection, modification, and dismantling — wherever you need it, for as long as you need it.

Full-Service Scaffolding

We handle the whole process from start to finish so you don't have to coordinate between a designer, an erector, and a dismantling crew. One call covers it all. Our team brings years of hands-on experience to every job, and we adapt in real time — because no two facilities are the same and no two jobs go exactly as planned. When conditions change or access requirements shift mid-project, we pivot without slowing down.

We work across all major scaffold types:

  • System scaffolding for speed and versatility

  • Tube and clamp for irregular geometries and tight spaces

  • Frame scaffolding for straightforward vertical access

Where We Come In

We're not picky about the environment. We'll scaffold inside a boiler, around operating production lines, up the side of a storage tank, or across an entire process unit during outage season. The job dictates the approach — we bring the experience and the equipment to match.

Industries we regularly serve:

  • Power generation and utility plants

  • Chemical processing and refining

  • Food and beverage manufacturing

  • Heavy industrial and steel production

  • Pulp and paper mills

  • Confined space and at-height work across all sectors

Safety Built In

We take scaffold safety seriously because there's no such thing as a minor fall from height. Every scaffold we turn over meets or exceeds OSHA requirements: guardrails, toeboards, proper access, load ratings, and tie-off points — all there, every time. A competent person inspects every scaffold before it's released for use and stays available throughout the job. We don't build it and disappear.

Modifications & Dismantling

As the work evolves, so does the scaffold. We modify in place — adding platforms, adjusting heights, extending access — without compromising what's already up. When the job's done, we dismantle methodically, protecting the finished work and the structure underneath. Equipment gets sorted, inspected, and packed out clean.

Why Choose Team Work Industrial Services?

Scaffolding is one of those things people don't think about until they need it — and when they need it, they usually need it fast. We're built for that. We keep the gear, the crew, and the flexibility to respond when you call, whether it's a planned outage or a surprise repair that can't wait.

Experience matters in this trade. Our crews have been in enough different facilities and enough different situations to walk onto a site and know what's going to work. They think on their feet, communicate with your team, and build scaffolds that make sense for the trades actually using them — not just scaffolds that look good in a picture.

If you need safe, reliable access for your next project or shutdown, call us. We'll get out there, take a look, and get steel in the air.
