Concrete Repair & Flooring
Concrete takes a beating. Heavy equipment, chemical exposure, freeze-thaw cycles, and plain old time will crack, spall, and wear down even the best-poured slab. We fix it — and when you need something tougher than bare concrete, we install industrial flooring that stands up to the abuse your facility dishes out.
Concrete Repair
We don't patch over problems and call it good. Proper concrete repair means getting to the root of the damage, removing deteriorated material, and rebuilding it so the fix lasts as long as the original should have. Whether it's a loading dock with spalled edges, a foundation that's seen better days, or a containment pit with chemical deterioration, we assess the damage, prep the surface, and apply the right repair system for the environment.
Common repairs we handle:
-
Spalled and delaminated concrete
-
Crack injection and structural crack repair
-
Joint repair and replacement
-
Foundation and curbing repairs
-
Secondary containment and sump rehabilitation
-
Anchor bolt and equipment base repairs
We work with epoxies, polymer-modified mortars, cementitious grouts, and other engineered repair materials — chosen specifically for chemical resistance, load requirements, and cure time. If downtime is tight, we can formulate for fast turnaround so you're not waiting around for concrete to set.

Flooring and Coatings
A bare concrete floor in an industrial setting is a liability waiting to happen. It stains, it dusts, it absorbs spills, and eventually it breaks down. We install high-performance flooring systems that turn your floor from a weak point into an asset.
Epoxy Floor Coatings
Epoxy is the workhorse of industrial flooring for good reason. It bonds tight, resists chemicals, handles heavy traffic, and is easy to clean. We install epoxy systems ranging from thin-film coatings for light-duty areas to thick, broadcast-based floors with aggregate for slip resistance in wet or oily zones. Common applications: manufacturing floors, warehouses, maintenance bays, and processing areas.

High-Traffic Floor Coatings
Where epoxy reaches its limits — extreme thermal cycling, UV exposure, or aggressive chemical contact — we turn to urethane and polyaspartic coatings. These systems bring added flexibility, faster cure times, and better performance in cold or outdoor environments. Ideal for commercial kitchens, cold storage, loading docks, and exterior walkways.
Resurfacing & Topping
When the concrete underneath is still sound but the surface is worn out, a resurfacer or cementitious topping can bring it back without tearing everything out. We match the topping to your conditions: self-leveling for smooth re-leveling, trowel-grade for sloped areas and trenches, or high-build systems for surfaces that need serious thickness.

Surface Preparation
Coatings are only as good as the surface they're going onto. We invest the time up front in proper preparation because skipping it is how floors fail. Depending on the condition of your slab and the system going down, we'll shot blast, grind, scarify, or diamond-polish the surface to the right profile. Moisture vapor testing comes standard — if your slab is releasing moisture, we address it before the first gallon of coating gets mixed.
Why Choose Team Work Industrial Services?
A floor that fails six months in costs a lot more than doing it right the first time — in downtime, in rework, and in the conversation you have to have with your boss about why it didn't hold up. We've been around long enough to know the difference between a job that looks good on day one and a job that still looks good three years later, and we build for the second one every time.
That said, we also know you can't shut down production for two weeks while coatings cure. We plan around your operation, not the other way around. We'll work in sections, we'll come in after hours, and we'll use rapid-cure systems when the schedule demands it — all without cutting the corners that keep a floor from lasting.
If you've got concrete that needs repair, a floor that needs an upgrade, or a new build that needs industrial flooring done right from the start, call us. We'll come out, look at what you're dealing with, and give you a straight answer — not a sales pitch.
